2. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create and submit to Osserpse.

By submitting content, users grant Osserpse the license described in the Terms of Service to host, display, process, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise operate the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any content they submit.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material available on Osserpse infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing:

• Your full legal name
• Your contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to locate it
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Where to Send Copyright Notices

If required by law, Osserpse may designate and register a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

5. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, Osserpse may:

• Remove the material
• Disable access to the material
• Notify the user who uploaded it
• Request additional information if necessary

6. Counter Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law.

If a valid counter-notification is received, Osserpse may restore the material unless the original claimant initiates legal proceedings within the time period required by law.

7. Repeat Infringers

Osserpse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Trademark

Names, logos, product names, service names, and branding associated with Osserpse may be protected under trademark law. You may not use Osserpse trademarks in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written permission.

9. AI-Generated Content

Some content on Osserpse may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Users remain responsible for ensuring that content they submit does not infringe the rights of others. AI-generated content may be removed if it is determined to violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.

10. Limitation

Submission of a copyright notice does not guarantee removal of content. Osserpse reserves the right to determine, in good faith and consistent with applicable law, whether content should be removed, restored, or otherwise acted upon.
